Improved EN progression and saved display preferences for COD players.

  • COD XP HUD polishMoved the EN XP HUD slightly higher and made the prestige icons a little smaller, while keeping prestige and level centred between them. Remaining active matches receive the layout at their next map change.

COD .pay transfer shortcut

BO1, WaW, BO2, BO3 and Ghosts now accept .pay as an alias for .transfer. Use .pay to list players, or .pay <number> <amount> to send money. Existing matches receive the shortcut on their next map load.
