COD leveling improvements
Improved EN progression and saved display preferences for COD players.
- COD XP HUD polishMoved the EN XP HUD slightly higher and made the prestige icons a little smaller, while keeping prestige and level centred between them. Remaining active matches receive the layout at their next map change.
