CoD progression balance and support rewards.
- WaW and BO1 progression and revive rewardsZombie kills now earn 5 base XP, knife kills add 2, and every five consecutive knife kills add 10. Round, crafting and quest XP rewards are halved. Successful teammate revives scale with the round: 50 XP at round 10, 250 at round 50 and a 500 XP cap at round 100. The XP bar updates locally and saves every 15 seconds.
