EN clan and role colours in BO1 and BO2 chat
BO1 and BO2 chat now uses eligible EN clan colours, falling back to linked role colours and membership colours. Existing tags are retained and messages remain single. Custom colours map to the nearest supported COD colour. Remaining servers receive the update at their next map load.
