More useful components from Rust barrels
Roadside loot barrels now give two component rolls and 5 scrap, with a guaranteed mechanical component and component amounts scaled to 2.5×. Gears, pipes, springs and other useful components now dominate the loot instead of rope and sewing kits. Existing untouched barrels have been updated.
