Cleaner Rust loot across crates and barrels
Removed low-value filler, unwanted grenades and tools from loot across the map, including Oil Rig and underwater crates. Dedicated junk rolls now give useful components, and existing crates have been tidied. Fixed crate limits that could discard valid rewards.
